Breath, Balance and Bliss
Online Yoga Class
In this 60 minute session we focus on nourishing every part of ourselves, mind, body and soul.
We start with grounding breath work and slowly warm up our bodies until we’re ready to strengthen and move with the breath. We balance and wobble, we stretch and release tension all while breathing deeply. My focus is always on what your body needs in that moment.
We finish with some contemplation, sometimes on a theme and sometimes just pausing on stillness and breath.
You will leave the class feeling energised, grounded and full of love and gratitude.
